Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Sweet June, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all of our families, we ask that you review our cancellation and refund policy before booking your appointment.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments "no-shows", are non-refundable.
Refunds
Because ultrasound sessions are reserved specifically for your family, refunds are only available for cancellations made within the timeframe above. Once services have been provided, refunds will not be issued.
Inability to Obtain Images
The quality of ultrasound images depends on several factors outside of our control, including baby's position, gestational age, maternal body type, placental location, and fetal movement.
If we are unable to obtain satisfactory images during your session due to baby's position or other factors, we may, at our discretion, offer a complimentary rescan within a reasonable timeframe. Complimentary rescans are not guaranteed and are provided based on availability and gestational age.
Medical Concerns
Sweet June provides elective, non-diagnostic ultrasound services for entertainment and bonding purposes only. If our sonographer observes anything that may require medical follow-up, your session may be discontinued, and you will be referred to your healthcare provider. Refunds in these situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may not be eligible for a refund.
